About Dr Damien
Dr Damien Sampimon graduated from RMIT in 1999 and began practising in Somerville and Bulleen. Within two years he had opened his own practice, and he has been caring for people in Melbourne's east and south-east ever since. Today he sees patients at his two clinics in Ringwood and Cranbourne.
Over more than 25 years he has helped people of all ages, from children to grandparents, with back pain, neck pain, headaches and sports injuries.
How he works
Dr Damien practises the Gonstead method: a careful, thorough assessment first, then specific adjustments only where they're needed. He believes in explaining things clearly and giving you the tools to help yourself, including exercises, practical advice on moving well, eating well, and managing stress.
Qualifications and training
- Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, RMIT University
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical), RMIT University
- Certificate in paediatric chiropractic: "Paediatrics for the Family Chiropractor" (2007)
- Attends Gonstead seminars and conferences each year
- Registered chiropractor with the Chiropractic Board of Australiato confirm: Add the AHPRA registration number. Check the public register
