Common questions
Should I see a chiropractor or a physio?
Both can help with sports injuries. If you need something we don't offer, such as a structured gym rehab program or imaging, we'll refer you on.
Can I keep training?
Often yes, with changes. Dr Damien will tell you what's safe to keep doing while you recover.
